SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
  Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is a problem, please let us know so that we can work to correct it in the future. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases.

  If you call and there is no answer, please leave a detailed message and we will get back with you as soon as we can, or try again in a few minutes. Due to the large volume of calls, we will most likely not return calls if the item(s) are not available.

COLLECTIBLE ITEMS
  Due to the collectible nature of the majority of our items, we do strive to send you perfect boxes but we cannot guarantee they will arrive to you the same way. We cannot accept returns because of a dent in a box. If there is severe damage please notify us immediately and we will advise you how to proceed. We pack all items very carefully to protect them while shipping.

RETURNS
  Returns are only accepted if the item is significantly not as described, and only within 14 days of receipt of the package. Please contact us immediately if issues arise and we will be glad to talk them over with you.

SPECIAL ORDERS
  We require a 10% deposit for special orders and only that 10% will be charged to your card until the item ships. Due to the nature of special orders, any cancellation of a special order will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Special orders are defined as items we do not offer as part of our regular inventory or items that we did carry but no longer stock. Special orders are not the same as pre-orders, which are items we have already planned to have available in our store! Aside from some extremely limited collectibles, any item not stocked from any line we already carry can be special ordered. If you would like to discuss a special order, please call or email us!

PRE-ORDERS
  We base our new orders on preorders, so please be sure when placing your order to avoid any misunderstandings. For pre-orders no deposit is required and your credit card will not be charged until item(s) ship. PRE-ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED ONCE PLACED! Canceled pre-orders incur a standard $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel your pre-order it leaves us with overstocked product making our costs higher, and we try and offer the lowest possible price. Prices on pre-order items are subject to change without notice. Preorders will be shipped first to customers before new orders will be filled. If you wish to pay for a pre-order by check or money order, full payment must be received before the item will be guaranteed for you.

SHIPPING
  We charge shipping based on destination using USPS Priority Mail on most packages but we use UPS for larger items or if requested (please note that UPS shipping can be more expensive on smaller items). If you want faster service, just let us know, and we will accommodate you. Extra charges will apply for large size boxes, overnight, 2nd day or 3 day UPS. Shipping charges are based on our cost when the item is packaged and weighed, insurance included. Please remember shipping is expensive no matter how you send it and to be sure your items arrive in pristine condition, we have to charge accordingly. All shipments to APO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico go via USPS, and additional charges may apply. NOTE: Shipping is ALWAYS FREE for shipments within the US (APO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico included) if your order total is over $150!!

  When you are pre-ordering several collectible items, more than likely they will NOT be sent all together because they arrive in stock at different times. You will be charged for each shipment sent. We try our best to combine items to save customers shipping costs (we understand your position, we are collectors ourselves), but we simply cannot guarantee that we will be able to combine your orders! Due to the volume of orders, you will not be contacted prior to shipping.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
  Overseas orders, outside of US orders will be send US Airmail OR UPS, insured. A $5.95 handling fee will be charged in addition to postage, as it does take extra time to prepare packages for mailing and employee time at the post office. The shopping cart shipping is an estimate for US packages, not for overseas! Please understand if we can ship UPS which comes daily to our store for the same price as post office we will elect to use UPS, as the post office lines are long and it takes valuable employee time. If there is any damage or loss, UPS is much quicker to settle versus the USPO which can take up to one year. If your concerned about taxes, be it UPS OR USPO the costs are the same.

TAX
  Texas residents will automatically be charged sales tax of 8.25%.

LAYAWAYS
  We gladly accept layaways on sales of $250 or more. Terms are: HALF down due immediately, and the remaining balance due within 30 days. NOTE: If payments are not received by the time agreed, your order is restocked and deposit forfeited. Deposits are NOT REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS! I do not make reminder calls, so please keep track of your layaways and when payments are due.

  Our FAX number is (214) 975-2741 - this is a dedicated fax line in a secure location that is available 24/7. Please feel free to FAX your order. We will call and confirm FAX orders and will let you know at that time if any items you have ordered are not available.
